Currently I am reading “The happiness project” by Gretchen Rubin. I enjoy her approach towards a more fulfilling life, by tweaking and changing little things throughout your day without having a massive life change. I too am pretty happy with my life, but feel like there are still a lot of things to improve. In the beginning of the book, she has written down her twelve commandments to remind her about the principles she has and which she wants to implement in her day-to-day life.
